The dimater API allows you to blacklist specific MSISDNs to prevent sending to them at a later time. One of the reasons for blacklisting may be that your end user has opted out of receiving SMS, or you as a service provider do not want to send SMS to certain countries or number ranges. You can also whitelist previously blacklisted entries or grep for a complete list of your blacklisted MSISDNs.
